100 Things

I'm copying Michelle and Girl on this one. Here are 100 random things about me. Hope I can come up with 100 things ;)

1. I'm an only child.
2. My mom was also an only child, so I'm an only grandchild on her side.
3. I've lived in Indiana all my life.
4. I'm so glad I don't live in my hometown anymore.
5. I met Mike when I was 14.
6. I have an awesome group of online friends, my Peas.
7. I'm a very picky eater.
8. I love chocolate!
9. I had morning sickness for the whole 9 months during my last pregnancy.
10. I love having all boys!
11. I am almost positive my family is complete now.
12. I will miss not being pregnant again (even though I get m/s so bad).
13. I have the best husband!
14. Sometimes I feel bad b/c I don't think I'm as good of a wife as he is a husband.
15. I wish Mike would find a new job.
16. I miss my job.
17. I'm afraid I will forget everything I know now that I'm staying at home.
18. Thanksgiving is the holiday that I most miss my mom.
19. No one has the same meal as her and I miss waking up to the smell of turkey (although I wouldn't be waking up at her house now, but that's my favorite memory)
20. My mom committed suicide almost 5yrs ago.
21. I have so many different feelings about that - anger, sadness, guilt, relief
22. I know she had a mental illness and wasn't thinking clearly, but I can't believe she chose to leave me and Thomas (who was 4mo old).
23. I am so sad that she will never meet Griffin and Lucas.
24. My dad almost died in a motorcycle accident 1week before my graduation from grad school.
25. I remember exactly how I felt standing outside of the hospital watching the lifeline helicopter land and not knowing if he was dead or alive.
26. I never knew how strong I was until I went through those 2 experiences.
27. My mom was adopted by her biological aunt and I've reconnected with some of her biological siblings since her death.
28. I talk to my dad on the phone everyday.
29. I have anxiety about riding in cars with other people. I prefer to drive.
30. I've had the same best friend since I was 10.
31. She is more like my family than most of my actual family.
32. For the first time, I don't have any pets.
33. We got rid of our dog last March because he is not good with kids.
34. We put it off for 3 years, but i hope he has a good home now.
35. I'll never have another cat because Mike and Thomas are allergic.
36. I love watching The Food Network.
37. I'm trying to cook more, but it's hard because i'm so picky, so I cook the same things all the time.
38. I think Thomas and Griffin are brilliant. And of course Lucas will be too ;)
39. I'm sad that Thomas will be in kindergarten next year.
40. Thomas loves watching The Food Network with me. I think he has a crush on Rachel Ray.
41. I'm going to Disney World in 9 days!
42. I'm nervous about driving so far with the kids.
43. My inlaws are going with us (luckily driving separate).
44. I'm not sure if they are going to like it.
45. I hate that it is dark at 5:30pm.
46. My favorite restaurant is a Japanese steakhouse. Yum!
47. My favorite holiday is Christmas.
48. I can't wait to put up our tree this weekend.
49. I have no idea what to get Lucas for Christmas.
50. I feel like i have to get him as much as the other boys so they don't get suspicious.
51. I'm excited they are building a new mall by my house.
52. I love my alone time with Lucas while the other boys are at school.
53. He's my shopping buddy.
54. I don't get enough alone time with Griffin.
55. I used to spend the night with my grandma every weekend when I was little.
56. I miss her.
57. I used to play the clarinet.
58. I doubt I could read music if my life depended on it now.
59. I wish I was more crafty.
60. I want to learn to knit or crochet.
61. I would love to take a photography class.
62. I have been to Europe 3 times - 1 with Erica, 1 with my mom, and 1 with Mike.
63. I would love to go back to Sweden, but next time in the summer.
64. I would love to live on water someday.
65. My credit score is finally good again.
66. About 7years ago, I found out my mom racked up $20,000 of debt in MY name.
67. Destroyed my credit and trust.
68. I'm glad I was able to forgive her.
69. Mike handled that situation a lot better than I would have if it was the other way around.
70. I love my husband!
71. I'm VERY protective of social security numbers now.
72. I am so glad that so far, I don't think i'm prone to depression.
73. I have a lot of family history of depression.
74. That worries me for my boys.
75. My paternal grandpa was a state senator.
76. One of my grandma's went to college and the other dropped out in 8th grade.
77. We go out to eat too much.
78. Thomas' personality is so much like mine.
79. I think that will cause us problems in the future, especially when he's a teenager.
80. I enjoy playing with boy toys more than I ever thought I would.
81. I hate guns.
82. I'm a democrat and I'm proud of it!
83. It annoys me when Mike won't admit to his family that he agrees with me on political issues.
84. I feel so incredibly lucky to have 3 healthy boys.
85. I had a miscarriage before I had Griffin.
86. In some ways, I'm grateful for that because now I have Griffin.
87. I can't stop thinking about my friend, D, who lost her baby.
88. I love Grey's Anatomy, The Office, Scrubs, Brothers and Sisters, and How I Met Your Mother.
89. I watch too much tv.
90. I like watching football with Mike.
91. I like getting the mail.
92. I can't wait for my mei tai carrier to get here.
93. I love Target.
94. I have only exercised 1 time since I had Lucas (other than some walks when it was warm).
95. I think about it almost daily, but don't have the motivation.
96. I want an elliptical for Christmas.
97. I had 3 c-sections.
98. I was relieved with the first one because I was terrified of pushing him out.
99. I spend too much time online.
100. I can't believe I came up with 100 things!
